Here you can enjoy the best Alentejo gastronomy, recreated by chef Miguel Varela, who gives local flavours a new life, maintaining the tradition and the aromas of the land.

Several of the vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs used in the preparation of the dishes are self-grown, in the property's vegetable garden and orchard, and provide tasty and nutritious meals, with the best that nature offers, thus putting into practice the philosophy “farm to table” in the new lunch and dinner menu.
